I created Equivana Farm as a place where people can breathe more deeply, reconnect with themselves, and experience meaningful growth through horses, nature, and guided reflection. Set on a hilltop overlooking Pamo Valley in Ramona, California, Equivana is a small boutique farm designed specifically for personal and professional development experiences under the wide blue sky, in the beauty of nature, with horses and farm animals as co-facilitators.

My work brings together two lifelong threads: practical business leadership and the wisdom of horses. I am an ICF PCC–credentialed Executive Coach with more than 20 years of executive-level experience across business operations, hospitality, tourism, nonprofit leadership, animal welfare, leadership development, and event production. I also hold an MBA from San Diego State University and certifications as a Master Facilitator Equus Coach and Teaching Horse Leadership Development Facilitator. 

Through Equivana, I support leaders, founders, practitioners, and groups who are building meaningful work around leadership, learning, healing, retreats, experiential education, horses, and personal transformation. I help people bring vision into practical reality — with clarity, courage, and sustainable momentum.

Equivana Farm is also home to Bridle Up Hope San Diego, where girls and women build hope, confidence, resilience, and self-worth through horses and leadership habits. Both Equivana and Bridle Up Hope San Diego grew from the same desire: to create a place where transformation feels real, accessible, and deeply human.
