Hi, I’m Stash McCollough, the heart behind Equivana. With two decades of experienceas a successful business executive in Travel & Tourism and a leader in the non-profit sector, I offer you my support. I am the founder of Bridle Up Hope-San Diego, a mental-health focused equestrian program for girls and women. I’m also an Executive Coach, an ICF certified Master Facilitator Equus Coach, and a Teaching Horse Certified Facilitator. I’ve dedicated my career to empowering individuals and teams to grow through connection, authenticity, and transformation.

I hold an MBA from San Diego State University, which has equipped me with the strategic insight to help businesses thrive. Business development and systems optimization are what I excel at professionally. But, it’s my work with horses—and what they teach us about shared leadership, presence, and trust—that fuels my passion for helping others.
